A Family favorite and anybody who has tasted this rustic country baking apple cake.My Mom first made it, then I took it many places. I served it as a snack, a dinner dessert & it adorned our breakfast platters at the Hilton Easton. It is very moist and packed with flavors of Fall simplicity. Apples, walnuts, spices and laden with butterscotch chips before baking. Served in a 9 X 13 pan with a lid for easy carrying to parties and get together- s. This is not cut by me but by you according to the number of people who show up at your shin dig.
