These are chocolate done exquisitely, they are crunchy, creamy, & you taste three different layers of chocolate. The first is a made from scratch chocolate cookie crust, next is chocolate ganache & then I pipe on the crown of chocolate mousse. They are cut 1 ” X 1 1/2 ” and each piece will be papered and then boxed. Minimum order is 2 dozen and I will need @ least 48 hrs. notice because each petit four is very time consuming to make.
