Apricot Jam Bars

These scrumptious bars are made with fresh  apricot jam, butter, walnuts, oats & coconut. They are cut into 1″ X 1 1/2″ bars and are sold by the dozen ( 2 dz. minimum ) . Crunchy with a soft jammy middle which equals the classic hit of crunchy & creamy together. I used to serve these on the petit four displays we made at the Hilton Easton and they were a perennial favorite.The bars are $3 each, some discount per large orders.
