These truffles are outta this world !! Rich, creamy, delectable and will satisfy any chocolate lovers cravings. I make two varieties; one which is rolled in nuts and one which is dipped in ganache. The nut encrusted ones are softer and slightly richer & the ganache dipped ones are a firmer truffle base because they need to withstand being dipped in the warm ganache..Both are very good, the preference is yours to decide.
